Normal order processing time for in stock items is 24-48 hours with typical delivery in the contiguous U.S. of 3-5 days from the date of processing; International delivery will vary depending on the country of delivery. If an item is out of stock and an unusual delay is expected in the delivery of your order, you will be notified by email of the delay along with an approximate shipping time. Shipping rates are based on the order's weight rather than the dollar amount. Minimum shipping charge is $3.50.

However, if you are not satisfied with other items from your purchase for any reason, simply return your merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date on your packing slip for a refund. Items that are returned must be in their original saleable condition in order to receive credit which will be in the form of the original payment. Refunds and/or credits will be processed within 2-3 weeks from the time the return is received. Please include a copy of your sales slip with your return. Note: Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the original order was damaged or incorrect.
