Stoney Creek strives to deliver 100% satisfaction!
Sale items and printed materials (due to copyright issues) are
non-returnable. However, if you are not satisfied with other items
from your purchase for any reason, simply return your merchandise
within 30 days of the shipping date on your packing slip for a
refund. Items that are returned must be in their original saleable
condition in order to receive credit which will be in the form of
the original payment. Refunds and/or credits will be processed
within 2-3 weeks from the time the return is received. Please
include a copy of your sales slip with your return. Note:
Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the
original order was damaged or incorrect.
