Summer is the first pattern in the Loose Feather series brought to you by Blackbird Designs. During 2011, they will publish three booklets each with a featured pattern and two bonus patterns. Collect all three Loose Feather patterns in this series and you will have all the patterns necessary to stitch this large mystery sampler. The remaining two parts will be published in September and November.
Summer is stitched on 30ct Irish Creme Linen by R & R Reproductions. The stitch count is 97w x 137h for the individual Summer pattern and for the entire series (all 3 parts) the stitch count will be 222w x 137h. Threads used are Crescent Colours Cotton (Manor Red, Queen Bee, Wild Berries), The Gentle Art Sampler Thread (Carmel Corn, Cidermill Brown, Dried Thyme, Endive, Flax, Maple Syrup, Piney Woods and Wood Trail). DMC equivalents are (3857, 729, 3721, 612, 3863, 3052, 3012, 613, 839, 3031, 934 and 3787).
