Summary

Stoney Creek begins a new Bird of the Month series with this March Red Breasted Nuthatch design. Stitch count 63w x 87h - apx 4 1/2" x 6 1/4" on 14ct.

We stitched our design on 28ct White Jobelan over two threads, did some fringing and have it displayed on a 4" x 6" Black Magnet Board. Butterfly and Twig with Berries magnets dress it up and keep the design displayed on the board. DMC colors white, 310, 318, 413, 415, 611, 612, 762, 920, 921 and 3782 are used. We also used DMC #8 White Pearl Cotton to backstitch around the outer edge of the design as a border for fringing.
