E-Delivery patterns are delivered in PDF format which require that you have Adobe® Reader® installed on your computer before you can view your e-Patterns. Most computers are equipped with this program. If needed, this FREE software can be found at https://get.adobe.com/reader/. Please keep in mind that most, if not all, E-Delivery patterns will have color in them. 

E-Delivery patterns have no shipping fees! However, if your order is a mix of E-Delivery patterns and products for physical delivery standard shipping rates will apply. After your payment is processed and approved, our server will send a confirmation message to you at the e-mail address you provided on the check out form. Visit your "order status page" on this email and follow the links to download your patterns. An additional e-mail, usually within 5 to 10 minutes, will also contain the links making it possible for you to download your E-Delivery patterns. If your order is a mix of E-Delivery patterns and physical goods, your E-Delivery patterns will be available right away and normal fulfillment time will apply to physical goods. Please note, the link will expire after 360 hours (15 days).
