Glendon Place - Helianthus (The Sunflower Mandala)

General Information: Stitched using 2 threads of floss over 2 threads of fabric. Stitched entirely in full stitches.

Fabric: Stitched on 28ct Tyco Cashel Linen by Picture This Plus.  Purchasing a fat quarter will work sufficiently, but will only allow 2″ of salvage on the right and left sides. The model was stitched using a fat quarter and there was plenty of salvage for framing.

Stitch Count: 198w X 198h

Design Area: 14-1/8″w X 14-1/8″h

Materials Summary: Uses 11 colors (14 skeins) of Dinky Dyes hand-dyed silk floss, 5 colors of Mill Hill Beads, and 1 color of Sullivans/DMC 712/Anchor for attaching beads. Comparable Sullivans/DMC/or Anchor colors ARE NOT provided for this design. (Stoney Creek has matched DMC colors as close as possible for your convenience.)

*Original model stitched with 1 skein of 50-Acacia. However, depending how your stitching tension is and the amount of thread waste you produce, you may need 2 skeins. Two skeins are included in the floss pack.
