Stoney Creek's Quote of the Month series continues with the February design - Sunshine in a House. Stitch count 67w x 91h - apx 4 3/4" x 6 1/2" on 14ct. We stitched our design on 28ct Antique White Jobelan over two threads, did some fringing and have it displayed on a 4" x 6" Black Magnet Board. February Heart magnets dress it up and keep the design displayed on the board. Threadworx 1043 Fantasy Island and 1067 Army Fatigue, Weeks Dye Works 2197 Oscar (DMC sub 3011) and Glissen Gloss Rainbow Thread 000 Bright White are used in addition to DMC colors 310, 471, 676, 677, 746, 747, 927, 3826 and 3857. We also used DMC #8 White Pearl Cotton to backstitch around the outer edge of the design as a border for fringing.
