Summary

Stoney Creek's popular Pattern of the Month wraps up another fun series with the August 2016 design "Let Your Heart Be Light."

We stitched the design by itself on a 14ct Aberdeen Hand Towel and also stitched all six designs together on 28ct Vintage Blue Whisper Cashel. It is displayed in a Whitewash frame and as a banner using a 9" Ho Ho Ho Fabric Holder. Stitch count for "Let Your Heart Be Light" is 121w x 30h, approximately 8 3/4" x 2 1/4" on 14ct. Stitch count for the entire design is 123w x 170h, approximately 8 3/4" x 12 1/4" on 14ct. DMC colors in "Let Your Heart Be Light" are B5200, 415, 704, 762, 890, 904 and 3371. Specialty threads used are Weeks Dye Works 1279 Holly (DMC sub 500), 2107 Blue Jeans (DMC sub 931), 2268a Candy Apple (DMC sub 321) and Glissen Gloss Rainbow Blending Threads 000 Bright White and 403 Iridescent Pale Yello. The design is embellished with Mill Hill 03049 Rich Red Seed Beads. Optional embellishments are handmade red glitter heart and white glitter snowflake buttons.
