Stoney Creek's popular Pattern of the Month begins a new four part series with the May 2015 design "Halloween."
We stitched this as a 7 1/4" x 3 3/4" design by itself on 28ct Picture This Plus Hand-Dyed "Tarnish" Cashel linen and framed it in a small spiderweb frame from Stoney Creek. We also stitched all four designs of this series together (stitch count 102w x 192h, approximately 7 1/4" x 13 3/4") and have it displayed in a large spiderweb frame and as a banner using a 8" Trick or Treat fabric holder. DMC colors used in "Halloween" are 154, 310, 321, 740, 741, 946, 3834, 3835 and 3836. Specialty threads used are DMC Light Effects Glow-in-the-dark E940 and Weeks Dye Works 1239 Flatfish (DMC sub 3781). The design is embellished (optional) with spider, purple glitter star and red glitter simple buttons.
*If looking for a less expensive alternate fabric we would recommend a Misty Blue Aida or Twilight Blue Linen.
